ADR and CLOSE WORK PERMIT APPLICATION

I submitted my close work permit application on 17th April 2025. And BGC and Eligibility have being in progress Since then. No words from IRCC until 18th February 2025 when I received an ADR. The ADR was for military service record. I submitted that on 25th February 2025.
What next? And is it a sign that a decision on my application is about to be taken.

I remember, 3yrs ago when I applied for my visitors visa. I received same ADR for my military service record. And 5weeks later my visitors visa was approved

There's no set timeframe for next steps after ADR.
