Job Title Mismatch

I recently received an invite for EE

Some questions regarding work experience.

1.⁠ In my part-time(primary NOC) work experience, the title in my pre-ITA application is "Software Engineer in Test" but the experience letter the employer gave me says "Quality Assurance Analyst".
2.⁠ ⁠In another full-time (non-primary NOC) work experience, I incorrectly added my title. Actual title was "Assistant System Engineer" but I added "System Engineer".

What should I do about both? How do I update this title? Is there a webform? Do I need LoE? Will it cause any problem in my application?

As long as your job duties are the same, it should not be an issue.
However, did you receive any communication from your manager or HR about the title change/update?

In my case, I got a memo from HR about the title change and an updated offer letter. I submitted that as an additional document.
Maybe try to get such a letter or an email from HR or your manager.

In both cases, it was my mistake. The official title was always the same as the letter, which is why I'm concerned

Then write a letter to IRCC and explain what caused those mismatches or typos.
Explain in detail and with full genuineness. Please resubmit the supporting documents and include them as an appendix.
Raise a web form and provide the required information in one document so that they can attach this to your file.
Visa officer will review when they are going to check your eligibility.
emphasize that you did not change any job duties; it was just the title where you made an error/typo
