Some of the people in a December WhatsApp I'm in had their PA eligibility completed very early, even before BIL in some cases, but I see a lot of people not getting it completed until late, even at the same time as the background check is completed, so it seems to be kind of random sometimes. So I'm not worrying about it haha, it will get done eventually.

For gckey use the application number and family name method instead and use the PA info. Make sure you put 2 for the number of people (sponsor and PA, unless you have dependents). Once gckey is linked it will show the PA's UCI. The one from AOR is the sponsor's. Then you can use the UCI from gckey to make the PA tracker.

Not sure for what reason, I still can't link the application for my wife to my GCkey, using Application# & last name, with both passport# and PoB.
