Hello Everyone,

I am posting on behalf of someone who is preparing to submit their documents for Permanent Residency (PR) through the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). They are currently living in Quebec and are seeking guidance on a concern they have heard from others.

It has been mentioned that once they submit their PR documents, they need to move out of Quebec as soon as possible; otherwise, the IRCC may issue a rejection letter. They are unsure how accurate this information is.

Can anyone provide insights on the best time to move out of Quebec after submitting the documents? Any suggestions would be

As soon as possible or before submitting their application is correct advice. When considering CEC they should already be looking for employment opportunities outside Quebec, identifying where they would like to move, etc. All these things take time.
