I just had an update after 2 weeks for test completion from Team 2, you should get an update soon.

I agree the process is unbalanced and unfair, especially they do not follow first-in first-out order, this is how things work at IRCC and in Canada, all we can do is hope and wait.
I hope I get an update soon too. team 2, test date jan 2 and nothing yet

✅ Observations / Tips (Very Important)
Cumulative days are calculated from application submission date (Aug 5, 2025).
Tracker lag is real.
My test was taken on Jan 7, dated Jan 8, but only appeared on the tracker on Jan 10.
Same pattern with LPP (completed Jan 16, visible Jan 20).
Emails are more reliable than the tracker.
I received the test invite by email well before the tracker updated.
Strongly recommend whitelisting these domains and checking weekly: @cic.gc.ca @international.gc.ca
Also search your inbox (and spam) once a week just in case.

Office: CPC Sydney
Team: COD Testing Team 3

Hoping this timeline helps others waiting in the same stream.

Anyone from Team2 has their LPP completed or oath scheduled?

Seems Team3 is very fast and Team2 is very slow which is very unfair.
Team 3 is not that fast either
Grinning face with smiling eyes

I'm from Team 3 and I've submitted my application on August 1st and I'm still waiting for LPP to be completed. Test was marked complete on December 17 and no update since then.

From what I’ve seen, “team numbers” (like COD Team 2 vs Team 3) don’t officially mean faster or slower processing. IRCC assigns files based on workload, officer availability, and batching. Some teams may appear faster during certain periods, but that usually evens out over time. Two similar applications can still move at very different speeds. The more you read the forums, you will see that there isn't a sure way to know and that same team can have different timelines, could be based on their travel history, sometimes fingerprint request, sometimes interview, etc - many people aren't aware that some of them are victims of identity theft and hence extra checks are necessary to ensure its the actual person applying and not the person impersonating them.

I agree, I can see a lot of July applications are also still waiting for LPP to be completed, but it seems like they're working on applications with September AOR. I submitted on August 1st, but my AOR was September 29.
