Will tcs issue skill letter 2nd time in detail?

Hi All , I’m in a very bad situation as I provided genric details for my skill letter provided by tcs which is almost same as the noc duties in ircc website but it the duties matches my real work in tcs , I’m wondering if I can get a 2nd skill letter in detail ? Has anyone able to get a second letter please let me know how to proceed ?

Hi can u pls share ur experience ? my friend is facing problem to get roles n responsibities? how did u apply for skill letter from tcs? did it have jobs & responsibilities and did u provide it or they wrote on their own? pls help
