Hi. I'm from Haiti in December last year IRCC denied me a student permit because i didn't have enough financial and i was depending on a tier and that person was my sister, I'm going to redo the application and i ask her to send the money on bank account and ask her to write a support letter and all the other papers needed from her part. what can i do to make my application stronger?
Thank you

Why would a sister support you? What about your parents?

Was that the only reason. She cannot just dump funds in your account. You have to document where the money came from. If is the same funds but just moving accounts then that doesn't address the refusal.

How old are you? What did you show that you will return and a job that will justify the costs? Where is sister?

Your biggest issue is that most Haitians claim asylum once in Canada.

i was also going to ask her evidence of the transfer and write down a statement of purpose. I'm 26 she's the one who was taking care of me. the first refusal its because she was the one having the most money on her account . i have a property here. my sister is in the US. what can i do?

But transferring money to your account will still not address the refusal. Just moving money from one account to another is just a red flag. It is not your money. You, not your sister, have to show your own funds. How much are you showing? What school?

Property is not a reason to return. You need to show the return on investment - how studying in Canada and spending tens of thousands of dollars will give you an advantage on your return.

Again most Haitians claim asylum.

So you showed that in your own bank account, and not your sisters? If not she cannot dump the money in your account as you have to explain where it came from.

Did you also outline a plan how you will pay international fees and living expenses past year one?

So reapply if it is your own funds, you can justify costs, and show ties to return.

like i said that if she transfer the money she'll also write an affidavit of support stating that she made she'll be taking care of me aand to begin she tranfer me money on my account to support me.

So what did you show differently in the first application? You are 26 and she is not your immediate family member so IRCC doesn't need to consider the funds. She isn't even in Canada so has no responsibility to take care of you.

Realistically Canada already has a huge number of Haitian asylum claimants and more arriving so it will be very difficult to get to Canada. Are you fluent in French at all decent level? Do you have post- secondary education? If you are employed in what type of job and for how long?
