Not necessarily as one can happen before the other too but it is usually a good sign to receive the pre-arrival letter as that suggests the application is slowly reaching towards the finish line.

Yup. I saw that. It could be legit but who knows… why would anyone spam something like this but then again… who knows. On some casual and anonymous Reddit browsing, I noticed a couple more September 2025 outlanders are done with their applications. One case was from Algeria and one from India if I’m not mistaken. We are now in that territory where quite a few July-August-September applicants find themselves at the same stage (awaiting eligibility and background completion) so anything is possible for anybody in no particular order.
Since after PA eligibility, usually it is 1-2 months on an average for other applicants. However since August onwards the queue is not following the standard process. I can see your PA eligibility was completed after mine even though I applied on Oct 8. Not being so hopeful but seeing Sept 24 applicant approved, giving me hope.
I had applied on Sep 27, 2025- BIL MIL are done. BGC is in progress but PA eligibility has not started.
Just checking in - it is now one month since the last batch of mega updates for me.

As per some timelines on Reddit, looks like July 2025 outlanders are in the process of receiving their BGCs and PPRs - some even COPRs! August and September should ideally follow but we all know that each case, each application is unique... so anything is possible, anytime!

Checked the portal and principal applicant eligibility has now been marked as Completed, about five days after the pre-arrival letter came!
