Study permit delay

Hi i have applied my application from INDIA on Aug 28 medical and biometric are upfront. Last update sept 23, as medical passed. After that no update still eligibility and background are in processing. I sent a webform with updated LOA for Jan 26. Now I think need to defer my intake again, since there is no change in the application. Is there anyone facing the delay.

You will have to defer as you will not get it approved and stamped by the beginning of January. Is PAL still valid?

PAL is valid and if I defer does it affect my ongoing process visa

As long as your PAL and LOA are valid for spring semester then should not change processing time as are way over processing times.. Send a webform since past processing times.

It is the holidays so doubt you can get LOA for spring from the university. Get as soon as you can and update file.
