As far as I know, there's no way to retrieve your PR application that is not "look at your laptop or USB files". And frankly, it would be overkill.
No need to worry about it. Your work and address history just need to match reality.
Do your best to give accurate information and keep it at that.
If there's a small discrepancy with your old PR application, 2 things :
1) I doubt IRCC even looks at the minutiae of old applications.
2) Even if they do, it's fine for small differences. IRCC is trying to assess your citizenship eligibility, not looking for reasons to deny your application.

It's done automatically for many years already but you are right, no issue in this case if there are small discrepancies.
Also you can ATIP your PR application to get all the information you need.
