Hi i got a letter from cbsa for interview 3 months before my refugee hearing..but now they postponed it and didnt sent me another letter for interview…
I dont know why they called me for interview at 6900 airport road missisauga..i dont know what they are going to do with me..i didnt commit any crime in homeland and canada..
If any of you going through this type of interview plz advise me…my lawyer also dont know what cbsa going to ask about

So your hearing got postponed and instead your to meet cbsa?
 
I don’t know…they have all my information..now they send a letter to appear on 5 jan 2026…
Don’t stress too much. This is very common. Even if they already have your information, CBSA still does interviews to confirm details in person. They usually ask about your identity, travel history, how and when you arrived in Canada, and to make sure everything matches your documents.
Getting a new date (Jan 5, 2026) is normal and doesn’t mean anything bad. It’s just part of the process. Many people go through this and are still accepted as refugees.
