I already raised a webform, but it has been 2 weeks and I have received still processing applications asap reply only. My question is: does processing become slow in December? Will my application only move forward in January? Is that right?”

No reason for processing to become slower in December compared to other months. Not sure what you mean by move forward. Current processing time is 225 days which is an estimate and you are not beyond the estimate. Why raise a webform.

Not sure what google knows about IRCC but there are statutory government holidays in December, yes. Christmas, Boxing Day and NY Day. So those don't count for processing times.
