Sponsorhip for Dependant child - Inland

Hello. I am a Canadian PR holder living in Canada. My dependent child (3 year old) is US born. He arrived in Canada with me when I came as a PR. I applied for his PR upon our arrival as he did not have Canadian PR. The process was completed by IRCC and the letter I got from them says - Please pay RPRF if applicable. I wanted to confirm if the fee for dependent child (inland) is CAD 85+85 (170) that I need to pay or is it a different one? I am the sponsor for my child in this case (family sponsorship pathway). Do I pay the fee in one go or do I make two payments of 85? Also, I understand there is no biometrics fee? Thankyou

I think it is 170. On the link (https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=15) it says 170 and a breakup of what it is for. I am also in the process of submitting the document for dependent child US born..
When did you submit the online forms and how long did it take for IRCC to complete. My guess is that for you the process is complete and once the payment is done you should get the card for your child.

I have paid the fee last week. 170. When you say forms, I think you are pointing to the different forms I need to fill as sponsor. I did that activity in August. Received letter to complete medical for child last to last week. Did medical and then after two days got email to deposit fee and it stated eligibility checks are complete. Now paid fee and will wait. Not sure how much is the time it takes from here.

Oh okay. I completed the forms recently so i guess its going to be a 2-3 month wait. My kids are 2.5 and 1 year old. I will have to wait and see when it actually happens. Do let me know when you get the next input from IRCC as I am a step behind. It will help me undertand the processes and timelines ahead,

Do you meet your RO if you have 2 children and one is close to 3 years old?
