SDS stream is closed, true. That’s what i thought and didn’t pay first year’s fee. But when you click answers and tick both gic and tuition paid on ircc, you will get options for gic. Those are quite straight forward options. Like one year fee paid receipt and gic.
I am inquiring about my brother we paid $20k GIC and 12k college fee and he got $7500 scholarship. Just wondering will that be sufficient.

GICis $20,635 as per IRCC website. GIC is living expense excluding the tuition.
So you are applying with the absolute minimum required. Always great to show more to IRCC. So if profile is strong - ties to return, justify costs of program, career advancement when you return then should be approved.

If i declare work experience in initial application tor study visa and it got refused and.i applied agin and forgot to mention the experience second time. Will it be an issue? Please let me know.

Yes. Applications should be consistent and if claiming experience in the future for PR then need to claim it on all study and work permit applications. Why refused the first time?

But second time study permit already approved but i forgot to mention second time but it was in my first application

But we can write an explanation in future application that forgot to mention but do declare in first application.
It is lying so you have to explain why you lied. You could not have forgotten if included in the first application. Also have to explain why study permit applications were not consistent with the same information.
