Does anyone have experience with their PR application, where the IRCC officer called the employer to verify the details of the job offer and the validity status of the employment offer, even after receiving the recently signed job offer letter from the employer? I would like to know how much more time it took to see any progress after the officer made the call for verification.
In my case, IRCC called my employer. It’s been about 3 months. Still waiting for the final word
Okay, already completed 3 years, so can wait a couple of more months. But the surprising thing was that the officer inquired about my employment period from the Employer, despite the recent ADR clearly showing that I am an outland applicant and yet to join the Employer in Canada. Got it. Wondering, what was your last communication with IRCC? In my case, it was re-medical and updated Police Clearance between Aug and Oct. Waiting for final word (hopefully).
Hello. Yes I applied last year June. The last update I got was medical passed which was this year June. My file is being processed in winnipeg ircc office.
