I have received an ITA under Fsw and I want to know if I need to submit my spouse’s work reference letter. If yes, please advise that for all his previous work experience do I need to give full details in the ref letter such as job title, duties and salaries or only for his current job.
Note that no point claim for his work experience but in the checklist they requested it

If it is foreign work exp, just list it under personal history and you won't need any document. Sense check here, you didn't get any points for your spouse's work experience, right?

Yes, I did not get any points regarding my spouse's work experience.
So if I update it to personal history. Do I need to provide a letter of explanation on the changes

I moved my spouse's work history to personal history after ITA too. I didn't include any LoA to explain it as my eligibility had no bearing on it, nor it was misrepresentation. The less LoAs the better was my assumption. Worked well too.
