I received my PPR on November 7, and I submitted my passport to VFS Lagos on November 10. On November 11, I got a notification that it had been sent out, but since then, I haven't received any updates. Please note that I renewed my passport, so it's different from the one I used to apply. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?

Once VFS Global Lagos sends it out, tracking often goes quiet for days or even weeks. The next update usually comes only when it’s ready for collection. The passport renewal usually isn’t an issue as long as you submitted the new passport properly with the PPR. Processing times can vary a lot with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
No news doesn’t mean a problem. It’s stressful, but it’s normal.

Beaucoup de gens paniquent à cette étape car le silence est inquiétant.
Mais c'est généralement le fonctionnement normal du processus.
VFS ne met pas toujours à jour le statut en temps réel, et IRCC traite les demandes par lots.
Il arrive que les passeports changent de bureau sans que l'on puisse les suivre.
En cas de problème réel, ils vous contacteront directement.
En attendant, il faut surtout patienter.
La difficulté est surtout psychologique, pas administrative.
