PNP for french speaker

Hello, a lawyer advised me to apply for pnp for french speaker. He specifically mentioned that he can do it in ontario. They require french test only speaking and listening components, and clb only 5. No job offer. But funds in the bank. I can't seem to find anything in the website that matches these. Anybody can give me an advice?

Get another lawyer. They are referring to a WP not PR.

Funds (15k for one person) to get WP? We did discuss WP as well and it was a total different thing, he told me get wp and pnp both French and the requirements of only french and funds, I kind of felt like there is a misinformation now that i can't find on the website anything about it

Would suggest reading the requirements for the various programs online
