Visitor visa issued in 2018

Hello, need some help with a visitor visa.

My mother has a visitor visa V1 for multiple entry and was issued in 2018 from India. Its still valid till 2027. Can she still travel to Canada with the existing visa? Not sure with IRCC new rules coming into effect this year if her visa is still valid?

Not sure if this is just about the new visitor visas being issued now.

According to "https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ary-residents/visitors/three-types-visas.html", it says:

The multiple-entry visa

• can still be valid if affixed in a full or complete passport or travel document (in this case, the holder must also be in possession of a newer and valid passport or travel document and must present both documents to the airline carrier in order to travel to Canada and to the border services officer in order to seek entry to Canada)

Thus, your mom's is still valid.
