Same here. Last status is showing as Oct 28 (my test window was also same as yours). I gave my test on Oct 31, but it still says that test is pending (waiting on you). I called IRCC and they told me that it's complete though. LPP is in progress, primary office is Vancouver. My test was also from team 3. Please reply to my message if you have any update.
My situation is the same, Oct 28 is the last update date. Also from Team 3 and Vancouver office.
I took the test on Oct 31, no update since then.
I called yesterday and they said the Test is complete, other things still in progress.
I suppose it's because either Team 3 or Vancouver office is slow...

Yeah That's frustrating. We don't know if it's in person or virtual to accomodate it to our schedules accordingly in advance.
My oath date was updated in tracker on 14th November and I saw someone who had oath updated in tracker on 14th as well, receive email yesterday evening. And I was hoping I get it today but nothing yet.
Hopefully sooner than 3 days

I called IRCC today. I did not ask about the processing office, but I was told that everything is completed, and I must wait up to six months for the oath ceremony to be scheduled.
Apparently, there are emails, addresses, and phone numbers associated with my application that I do not recognize. They asked if I would like to remove them and update the file with my current address, email, and phone number. It seems like everything has been messed up after the glitch.

You took the test 2 days ago. It always takes a few days to show as completed. It is a slow-moving process, and any significant issue will arrive in an email. Relax.
You applied in June, and at the time, the processing time was 11 months. You are WELL within the estimated processing time.

Received Oath invite email. It's an in-person ceremony for me. I had selected an e-certificate when I applied.
I have the impression that in-person ceremonies are becoming more and more "standard procedure" once again. They have a back-in-office mandate, we're way past our COVID days, and unless the applicant is in a remote location, I think the chances of in-person ceremony are higher than before.
I also selected e-certificate and got in-person ceremony.
