Citizenship Application for Minors

I am unable to create an application for my kids. I submitted 2 applications separately for me and my wife, and I thought I would link the two applications together and also add my kids to the applications, but there is no option on the portal now.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Is there another way of applying for minors? any help is greatly appreciated

After one of you gets citizenship, you'll be able to apply for them directly as PR-children of a citizen. I forget whether this is 5(1) or 5(2).

That's a possibility, but it probably doesn't need to come to this.
I'd suggest OP to call IRCC. Technical issues are probably the one thing the agent on the other side can help with.

I used another email id to create application for my kids. Was able to submit applications with a new account.
I believe they can be linked to the portal account after AOR.
