RNIP PR – Marriage After AOR Not in GCMS

Hi everyone,

I applied for PR under the RNIP stream while I was single. After receiving AOR, I got married and informed IRCC through multiple webforms. I clearly mentioned that my spouse is non-accompanying and submitted all relevant documents (marriage certificate, passport, medical, PCC, etc.). I also responded to my PR Portal 1 email mentioning my marriage.
Recently, I received my GCMS notes, but there is no mention of my marriage or my spouse anywhere in the file. I’m very worried this wasn’t updated properly, and I’m concerned how this might affect future spousal sponsorship.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What should I do now? Will it cause issues if I want to sponsor my spouse under the Family Class later?

Any advice would be appreciated!

I submitted an amendment request after receiving the Ecopr, which corrected the error.

Can you please share your timeline? I also updated IRCC about non-accompanying spouse, but they ask me to pay application fee for spouse and her fingerprints/medical. Nothing happened after..it has been 9 months since I receive my Portal 1.
