Entry on spousal work permit before primary work permit holder

Hello Everyone,

My husband has a closed work permit, and I have a spousal open work permit (letter of introduction valid until 2028). His employer is planning his travel to Canada sometime next year, but I just got a job offer that would require me to move earlier.

Is it possible for me to enter Canada before him and activate my spousal work permit using the approved letter of introduction?

No you should not be moving to Canada before your spouse. Your WP and ability to live and work in Canada is based on him working in Canada in a specific NOC/ tiered job.
