Hello miss Bee, your input will be highly appreciated.
How long should I have to wait till FD or PPR

My timeline:
AR Aug 5, 2024
Eligibility passed ( pal Oct 29,2025)
Medical passed
Criminality passed
Info sharing completed
Security not started.

What is the estimated wait can be?

Thank you for your reply @Miss bee. Will like to further update you.

I got FD on Nov 5,2025 in gckey and my bgc is still in progress on the IRCC tracker, is it something of concern? What should I expect ?

Pvo Windsor, Svo Etobicoke

Where do you see the info sharing, security and criminality information? Because the tracker only shows medical, biometrics, eligibility and background. Also did you apply from inside canada? I am an Aug 4 applicant too but never got PAL.
I am outland applicant. Got those information from gcms note and call

Hi all,

I recently received an Additional Information Request on November 7th regarding my Permanent Residence (PNP – Non-Express Entry) application (AOR too on 7th). The request asked me to submit a newly completed Schedule A – Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) with no gaps in my personal history.

However, I encountered two issues:
  1. The link provided in the email (https://cicintranet.ci.gc.ca/connexion/tools-outils/form/documents/pdf/imm5669enu.pdf) does not work. I tried multiple browsers and adjusted proxy settings, but the page will not load.
  2. The version of the IMM 5669 form I downloaded from the official IRCC website does not have enough space in the “Personal History” section to include my complete timeline.
Could you please confirm whether it’s acceptable to:
  • Use the current version of the form available on the IRCC website, and
  • Continue my personal history on a separate sheet (clearly labeled with my name, UCI, and the question number)?

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Yes, it is completely acceptable to use the current version of the Schedule A – Background Declaration (IMM 5669) form available on the official IRCC website, as the link provided in your Additional Information Request is an internal IRCC link that is not accessible to applicants. Many applicants encounter this same issue, and IRCC accepts the publicly available version of the form without any problem. Since the personal history section on the form does not provide enough space to include your entire timeline, it is also perfectly fine to continue your personal history on a separate sheet. Make sure the continuation page is clearly labeled with your full name, UCI, and application number at the top, and indicate that it is a continuation of question 8 (“Personal History”) from the Schedule A form. List your activities in chronological order without any gaps, matching the columns from the original form (From, To, Activity, City/Country, and Status). You can type it in a Word or PDF document, and it’s a good idea to sign and date the continuation sheet at the end. Once completed, combine the form and the continuation sheet into a single PDF file and upload it through the link or webform provided in your Additional Document Request. This approach is fully accepted by IRCC and will ensure your response meets all their requirements.

I declared the latest 3 work experiences only in PGWP application because there was no more space. But in PNP Non-EE PR application, I'll be declaring everything. Will this be an issue?

I'm not claiming any points for any work experience claimed in PGWP or not claimed in PGWP. It's only the Work Experience after applying for PGWP, that I'll be using for getting PR

Hi @Miss bee
I have a quick question please
I have a residence of UAE while i applied for PR and after FD updated in GCkey so i have decided to cancel my UAE residence and go back to my home country while i am still waiting for PPR so do i need to update IRCC about this as i will be no longer residing no legal status of residence here in UAE

Which browser are you using? Sometimes it has an issue with browser. I have downloaded opera and it was working while it has an error with other browsers.

Anyone have September 2024 XLS sheet please.
