My medical was updated to "complete" less than a week after my test results were sent to IRCC. Can't really say that happens every time since IRCC is taking a lot longer to go through applications nowadays. I'm a September 24th applicant and I have yet to have my background check to be marked as "complete". There is no definite timeline for each section, unfortunately.

It's CoPR.

The poster said "initiation" which is not the same thing as COPR, with all due respect, I'm waiting for a response from the og poster

Yeah I don't know what the proper lingo is. I worded it the way I did because when I go into my PR portal, I now have a new section with a Category, "Confirmation of permanent residence" and a Status of "Initiated". I need to confirm I'm still in Canada, provide them a mailing address for the PR card, and give them an PR card photo. After this they will review the information, and if everything checks out, they will finalize my status and send me the card (that is my understanding at least from what I read).
