Counted for what? You said you were on an official break and I don't see more than 150 day gap. If you are changing colleges (DLI) you need a new study permit and chances of getting it by January are low. You cannot study until approved. Also need to justify why changing colleges. Show funds too.

I agree that but im asking from may to September was my brek from college and right now my last sem is going on ongoing from September so if i change i wont get the transcripts for this intake and from may till now would be my illegal status or that break from may to August could be counted as official and i could count my days from September till further to save my pgwp as not exceeding 150 days

There is no 150 day break if it was scheduled. May to September is not 150 days (think around 120 days), and it is not an illegal break. If you are in school now then you are in school with a valid permit. If you graduate in December then that is program completion date.

And you cannot study at new DLI until your study permit is approved.

thank you but one thing so i could get the pgwp in future and i did not exceed 150 days that is pgwp condition even if i leave me this semester in this month ?

If your program completion date is this month, then your study permit expires 90 days completion but you have 150 days to apply for PGWP. If you apply outside of the 90 days and your study permit expires then you cannot work until PGWP is approved and may lose status in Canada.
