Hi @Miss bee , I have a quick question. I am a December 2024 applicant and still waiting for AOR. While waiting for AOR, can we do our medical exams to speed up the process?

If you are still working in that job from my understanding is that you should not have any problem since its current. But I am not 100% sure if that is an issue or not, it probably wont be an issue, but maybe Miss Bee can confirm that.

I think some late August applicants and early September 2024 applicants are receiving P1 and P2. Are you outland or inland? and what province nominated you. I see Manitoba and Alberta get P1 and P2 faster these days.

I got this documents request from IRCC today regarding my non-express PNP PR file. Is this normal or are they verifying very minutely?Although I submitted these documents while file submission.
Employment records:

▪ Letter of Employment stating occupation, duties, salary and length of

employment from my employer and new employer, if applicable. Your

letter MUST be on company letterhead, signed and dated. Your letter must

include your role/title, start and end date, rate of pay and list of duties. If any of

these are missing, your letter will be not be accepted and a new one may be

requested, further delaying your application.

▪ 2024 T4 and 2024 Notice of Assessment

▪ Last 20 paystubs from my employer and new employer, if applicable

▪ Detailed bank statements, all accounts under your name - chequing, savings,

including credit cards for the last 12 months

Sometimes, after a year of receiving the AOR, they might ask for all these details again. This is very normal — many people have been experiencing this lately
