Click to expand... Lawyers can’t guarantee hearing times so they would only likely have been guessing. When did you apply for asylum? Are you considered less complex?

If you only applied last February into sure why your lawyer suggested you may get a hearing in February 2026. Were you even determined to be a less complex case? Still could be a few years before you get a hearing if normal processing.
