Hello everyone…My parents got biometric request and they got it done on Aug 12,2025 and when i open their account it says received on Aug 12 under latest update but when i go to view or upload documents its asking for replacement required for fingerprints and their is an option to upload the file
In my understanding biometric report goes straight to immigration office we don’t get any copy of it…So how am i going to upload their biometric file?

After a very dreadful 3 years and 9 months, with 3 medical report request, my in-law's application finally got approved. As my mother-in-law is currently in Vancouver, we are being told that she has to be virtually landed first before they will provide instruction to my father-in-law who's currently in China. we have already received the first email from the virtual landing office to confirm personal detail already.

Hi I applied for parents in Oct 2021. My file was linked to gckey account but recently I log on again but can’t find my application . How I can link my application again . Plz suggest ?

Who else is waiting from 2021 ? We got our pre arrival letter Mar 2024 and then military record additional request in July 2024. Havent heard for over 1 year now. Its been way overdue since we applied back in Nov 2021

Same boat - it has become depressing having no updates at all. GCMS notes showing no progress either - still stuck at security screening since May 2023.

We recently made an MP request to see if that will trigger any action. Have you done that as well?

It didn't do anything for us unfortunately, I tried last year. The application hasn't moved at all since then.
I think I might have to try a writ of mandamus application as a last resort - even though I have very little faith it will work since CBSA has even less accountability than IRCC.
