Close-AOR is Jan 6 and yeah last update before the Sept 25 one was March 8.
And both the background and security checks were completed/passed Feb 12. For some reason my application wasn't picked up for automated/junior officer processing and went into the PM03 stack which is a more senior officer.
What is your AOR? When was your file last updated.

Every date is similar except the last update,in my case last update was 8 March and nothing after this.

Did you recently request your gcms notes? See if your case has been assigned. IRCC tends to do things in batches. And if you are also PM03 you might be in the same batch as me given your background and security checks passed months ago as well.
BTW, I saw the Sept 25 update in my gcms notes and not on the portal. Portal still has March 8 as last update.

Looks like March 8th is the date where they moved the applications to PM03. I have the same exact timeline. My AOR is 7th Jan. Only BG and Test has been marked complete. I am yet to receive the notes, but the MP did mention the same Oct 25th date, and that the file was assigned to an officer on Sep 25th. Seems there is movement, and I agree, no reason to celebrate until an email comes in.

I am yet to receive the notes, but the MP did mention the same Oct 25th date, and that the file was assigned to an officer on Sep 25th. Seems there is movement, and I agree, no reason to celebrate until an email comes in.

It usually refers to file being escalated to a higher ranking officer, things that PM01 or PM02 levels would not be able to approve as is.

actually mine just says Grant Clearance Pending does it have any meaning? and csis clearance status shows as submitted and was due in end of feb.

Yes, unfortunately, this means your background or security check hasnt finalized yet, so your application is not ready for the grant review process.

Is this the notes from CBSA or IRCC? Usually IRCC will redact any updates from the security section. Best to confirm through CBSA if the security is pending or passed.

Is this the notes from CBSA or IRCC? Usually IRCC will redact any updates from the security section. Best to confirm through CBSA if the security is pending or passed.
