Whether people believe me or not now the government and immigration professionals are confirming things that I have been saying. Although this article focuses on H&C applies to other categories as well.

Why are you always happy when ircc come hard on people? One thing I noticed about you is that you are not sympathetic. Let me ask you this:Are you a claimant?Did you applied for pr or H&C? Did you applied for anything under this present Government? If your answer is yes, what did you applied for?If your answer is No,then people should ignore you.

I have been providing accurate information and mostly blaming the government for their incompetence. I have been called out for spreading false information repeatedly including from you. Doesn’t make me happy that I was right but I have been warning people about wait times for over a year at this point. I am trying to educate people so they can make decisions about their life. I would want to know if processing was going to take a year vs 5.

I get where you’re coming from about Canuck. But his responses though mostly annoying with zero empathy are true and accurate. You can use the ignore button if you don’t want to be reading his posts. But he provides non biased opinions on issues(even though we might not like it. )

He is not biased when he asked someone on this forum to take Government to court. Anyway I have made my point and I don't think I need any advice on any button to ignore.

Take the government to court was good and accurate advice when people were objecting to the family reunification system for protected people. Also not advice I give out routinely. When people think the government is violating their rights you can take the government to court to force a policy change. I am not saying it is an easy process but that is the actual way many things are changed. Genuinely perplexed as to how this shows bias.

You are now pretending here now as if you advice them in good faith or rather with annoyance.Have you ever being in support of that? You rather support the government for processing application for 50years

Yes telling someone possibly the only way to change the family reunification policy was in bad faith. Could have easily not mentioned what is possibly the only option to change the policy. Still far from guaranteed but likely the best chance. I am in favour logical and data driven immigration polices. The current immigration system does not serve Canada or the people who want to immigrate to Canada on a permanent or temporary basis. Would have been easier to have lower levels of immigration and more data driven policies but we didn’t so now the government has some very tough decisions to make. Canada has not benefited by the immigration mess that was created over the past 10 years. Many who either work in immigration or follow it closely have felt like we have been watching a slow moving car crash for the past 5-10 yrs but nobody stepped in to try to stop the crash until it happened. The processing times increases were easily predictable and the government chose not to tighten things like entry requirements, vetting, etc. to try to control how fast the processing times would increase in the longterm. I have been predicting these increased processing times for years so I am just not surprised and I’m glad the government is finally being honest.
