AIP is not Express Entry. Since you have a job with a designated employer then read the AIP requirements and apply. Processing can be years. You cannot work as a nurse until licensed in the province (Canada doesn't have states).

Or look at Express Entry requirements with ECA and language results. Having a job offer for EE doesn't give you extra points.
