CRS - Canadian Education Points Not Showing

Hi All, I've been reading through this forum to try and find reasons why for my Express Entry portal my CRS - Canadian Education points are not showing. I've tried to check most of the boxes like a yes/no as others posted but my points have stayed the same throughout. I waited a week between changes, but the only thing that updated was my work experience hitting 2 years, but not my education points. Can anyone help me work out what I'm missing to see where I went wrong?

I did not change anything in my profile. But after a month or so, the 15 points appeared. I did contact IRCC about that, but the contact centre answer was not helpful
