Hello, so I received an ITA yesterday under CEC for Express Entry Program. I need help on how to go about from here on.

A little background: I came to Canada on Study permit did my PGdip for 16 months and got 3 years PGWP, currently I am working as a FT Nurse aide (NOC 11302) for more than a year now.

I need to know whether I need to get a medical check and police clearance done while submitting my application

Also if someone can provide me with detail steps for the procedure because I am doing this all on my own without help from any counsellor or immigration lawyer.

Any help would be appreciated!!

first, yes, you will receive clear instructions in the ITA and you will have to provider PCC and upfront medical.

You dont need any help from any agent, you receive the ITA with clear instructions, just follow them.
just login and continue application.
it will give you all the informaiton about the next steps.

Let me know where you are stuck with the next step, I can help you with the process. but from here you will need to start collecting your documents:

Scan copies of
Passport
ECA if you have a foreign education
work history, job details with NOC and experience (i.e. offfer letter, salary slip or other document including your name, salary, date, typical job duties)
PCC
Medical exam
Proof of current Work Exp. any reference letter matching NOC 33102, salary slips, bank statement. *under CEC IRCC doet require proof of funds, but my friends were asked to submit the bank statement later. so may be good to have them
Photo
study permit and pgwp
any explanation letter if you have gaps in your work history

Thank you for your reply! I have one more question
Do I need to get a police record check here in Canada before I submit my application?
I am reading different things everywhere some say I don’t need to unless ircc asks and some say that I need to go to a RCMP authorized digital fronting place and get it done.
Also I am traveling to India next month on nov 18th, I know it is a tough call but will I be able to receive my Pcc (India) before that so I can submit my application before I fly

no, Canadian Police record is not required.
It is only for the countries where you have lived more than 6 months before you came to Canada,
I would say, complete the application and submit it before you travel.
You can get Indian PCC via BLS with in 2-3 weeks time.
You can travel for a short period of time i.e. 2 weeks but dont stay more than a month in India.

Also, when you come back, you should have a valid PGWP and TRV on your passport.

Ok so even if I have stayed in Canada for 3 years now (came as a student, now of my pgwp) I don’t need to get police check here unless ircc asks me for it. Also I have already booked my tickets and I am unfortunately traveling for 45 days. I am going for my bls appointment this coming week though
