Hi, currently I want to submit some supporting documents for my non-ee pnp application, wonder if anyone knows if it's available to send it through online webform? The application number required in the webform seems different, it states the number should start with "EPXXXX" but I could only see "NMAS - XXXX" in my application. Does anyone know how to do this? thanks!

Call them. Ask them about the application number you can use to send the additional documents.
IRCC CALLING Procedure
1. Call 1888 242 2100
2. wait for the automated message and select option 1 to enter UCI # followed by 1 to confirm
3. After this press this number
continually to get to agent: 3>2>2>0 (you don't have to hear or wait, just type the numbers)
4. You will be added to the wait line or request a call back if you don't want to wait

Thanks! I just called IRCC, problem solved. the NMAS number is a temporary number for the application, and when you call them they will give you the unique application number start with EPAre you outland or inland? If outland, I cannot help unfortunately. Probably you should ask here:
