You cannot give test outside Canada until and unless you have informed them. Once they approve, then only you can give

I dont think we would ever know how many days they took for BGV completion or anything as a matter of fact. Aug 28 is when bunch of July AOR ppl got their trackers updated with "BGV completed" including me. Aug 28 is when I saw the BG update on tracker like many in this thread
