So if you check current processing is 5-6 months. If she has taken the medical then it will continue to be processed.

Yes i know but i want to know what normally happen in these types of cases. Does they process it normally or they hold it till the child is born.

If she hasn't done the medical then PR is on hold until she completes it.

So she waits for COPR. Comes to Canada when she is approved.
