Sibling to include in PR application whom I forgot to include during Student permit Application

Good day everyone.

I graduated and working already and received my OINP nomination, now I am preparing to apply for my non express entry PR application.
I just want to ask for your advise on what shall I do. I will include him in my application for in case in future he wants to come here in Canada that I can be of help but my worry is that I forgot to include him during my study permit application, so IRCC will see the discrepancy, adding a sibling on my record whose not in my previous record. Could you advise what shall I do? Thank you in advance for your advice and suggestion.

So you lied on your study and PGWP applications? You must include him going forward but the applications ask for information on siblings so not sure how you forgot. Yes, it can impact his future applications.

Hi @Naturgrl, we have not filled up a family information during our pgwp application right? Can I say I forgot to include and so I am including him in my PR application.

How can you say with a straight face that you forgot to include a sibling ?

So you elected not too include them when you felt like it would not benefit you . Now you want to include them to not only benefit yourself and someway benefit your sibling ?

Thank you for your input but really it was not intended to exclude him. Guys, I just want to ask for some advise. Can I add him in PR application and add letter of explanation to explain what happened? Thank you.

Yes. Tell them you lied and misrepresented yourself in past applications. Forgetting to include is not a reason so be honest about lying.
