Prohibitions not started with a due date of Nov 22nd however it’s on process in the tracker along with the background check. Everything else isn’t started either.

I’m not seeing any notes or any reasons that says why it’s been on hold. I don’t feel like I know more than what I already see on the tracker, any thoughts? I am a November applicant

I think the only conclusion with prohibitions not done and no mention of other is security clearances. Do you see any s.21 footnotes or references? These references would mean something has been redacted, you can look up the reasons, but they won't likely tell you much either (generic reasons saying they can withhold/redact for various reasons, too broad to know what they mean - usually).

Hope this helps but in reality likely won't, except to know it's security clearances in process. That said: you applied in November and it's still under a year.

So I finally received my GCMS notes and I’m not sure what I’m looking at. It shows language, knowledge, physical presence and criminality passed but on the tracker I see the first three marked as completed.

If your criminality is passed but the background is not green yet it means you are under security clearance. and this means there is no timeline when this will clear. So, all you can do is keep asking them, try MP calls and if everything fails then try Mandamus.

Go to ATIP (https://atip-aiprp.tbs-sct.gc.ca/) and generate a request with CBSA. I requested them to provide any security clearance related updates to my Citizenship application, and it actually pulled in more information (which is usually redacted from IRCC notes) such as Security Clearance details and status along with the whole set of notes.

Standard for delivery is 30 days, they can request an extra 30 days (the 'we're busy' response). Any times less than that were just lucky and no reason to worry.

Oct 18th would be 10 months for my application. Not sure if I should wait until then to request case update or not.

What are you planning to do, apart from waiting?

Citizenship processing times are now trending at 13 months now. Unfortunately, the situation is such that some applications did move faster than others. From what I gather, there are cases where they relied on automated processes to push some applications through, which led to early oath invitations. For others, they did escalate those to manual officer reviews.
Moreso, IRCC depends a lot on CBSA, CSIS and RCMP to capture any security/ criminality/ prohibition concerns. Also, they are immensely understaffed.
Long story short, you can order notes from IRCC and see where you stand in the process, and then try to gather more information through the MP.

I am also in the same situation, none of my LPP is completed.

It helped a little in getting more understanding about where my application is stuck. It was through them that I realized that security clearances were pending.

No, the MP did not give any timeline of any sort. It is recommended that you check CBSA for notes. IRCC has been redacting the Security clearance on their notes, but CBSA showed that my security clearances are all complete.

Please can you tell how to contact CBSA gor notes. I think my husband is stuck with security clearance as well.. his last update was 19th march and only test is cleared.. everything else is pending.
