Were you able to create it today?

I have not been able to. I got the below message. Is it the same for you? I got this when trying to create my tracker account for citizenship. Any other website to try ??

“ Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can't create an account, it may be because your client's application is not in our system yet.“

Weirdly
I was not able to create it using
https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/

but i just tried this one and it did work
https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/

looks like the first one is branded as Application Status Tracker while the second one (without ircc prefix) is branded as Citizenship Application Tracker.
