Form 7 or form 7 overseas

Hello,

I am in the process of surrendering my voters ID.

I created an account using option overseas.

Some videos say since we are in canada we have to submit form 7 overseas.
However my form7 overseas doesnt auto Populate any value but normal form 7 automatically populates all value.

Which one do we need to submit?

What if you are in USA? If you are in Canada, wouldn't you just show documents like your Canadian passport to cast your vote for the provincial/federal/municipality candidate?
