I suggest to get the fresh offer form signed by your employer. That will demonstrate that employer still needs you.
Thanks for the response. But I am a bit concerned because my offered occupation is no longer required by the community, and the Employer is also not on the designated employer list after the change in the RNIP program recently.

Could you please confirm whether you got a fresh employment offer form signed by the employer or submitted an earlier signed form, which was approved by the community? Actually, I received ADR to submit the employment offer form again, but in my case, it was obtained back in 2022 as I submitted my RNIP application to IRCC back in November 2022. I am outland, and I did not apply for a work permit at that time.
Same was the situation with me. I submitted an updated employment form in may 2025. I wonder you submitted application in 2022 and you case has not been finalized yet? I am an outland applicant so I am afraid IRCC takes long to process outland applications

I see. But, my 2 cents are, our applications were based on RNIP (a pilot program). Regardless of changes that came up later in the new RCIP program, our applications will still be considered valid, as they still filled the employers’ requirements of finding foreign workers for certain skills at the time of RNIP. So, showing that the employer is still in the need should (in my opinion) solidify your case. The employer, at the time of RNIP, would have gotten community’s blessings as per the approved RNIP program, even if they are not on the designated list now. I recall, the community voting members included someone from Canadian Immigration as well to make sure the process is not rigged. So, I feel, that should not be a problem.

See, my case isn’t finalized yet, but that’s what I think should happen rationally. Fingers crossed!
