Biometrics Conflict
When I look up here
https://ircc.canada.ca/english/visit/biometrics.asp to find out if Biometrics is needed, I get result:
Answer: You need to give your biometrics.
However, the line below it mentions:
If you’re between 14 and 79 years old, you need to give your fingerprints and photo for all permanent resident applications, including:
Any idea why such conflicting answers? My parents are both 80+, so I am confused if I should pay the biometrics fees or not.
