Yes I am in 2024 Quebec WhatsApp group. Are you in any. Mine is not even up to 2 years but it’s draining. Most people in 2023 has even gotten eCOpr but it’s a good thing that all stage is completed. So you’re just waiting for ppr. I will say HI you on WhatsApp
Processing time for outland was 3-4 years last time I checked. That might have changed slightly due to the switch up in prioritization for outland vs inland processing, but I doubt the change would be that much more expedient. I have been seeing various outland applications getting approved lately between may and nov 2023 -- it's really not consistent once you each a certain point.
For added context I'm Inland Nov 2023, and I'm still waiting for Portal 1/Final Decision.
Background Check is still "In Process" but they won't flip that to complete until after Portal 1 is received.

Sept 13 -- PR Tracker shows Medical Results (passed) Extended to 2026
Oct 23 -- GCKey shows application is in the "Final Decision" stage
Oct 24 -- PR Tracker shows Background Check as Completed and the COPR Expiry
Oct 30 -- Portal 1 Email received in Principal Applicant's inbox (which I responded to with the requested info on Nov 1)
Waiting on P2 and my ECOPR now -- the application isn't officially "Approved" until I get these. Almost there!!

Same for us. We applied in July 2024. No updates since his medical exams at the end of December 2024, so it’s been almost a year now. The background check has been in progress for a year too. It’s such a long and exhausting wait, and it’s nowhere close to being over.
My Medicals has expired and no update for a new one. Background check has been in progress for a year and 6 months. Eligibility still not started
It’s really exhausting. I really didn’t know about this Quebec stuff until I applied, so now I guess I have to wait. From 2026 I think we might start getting medical request since mine expired already
We're in the same boat. However, it's strange that the eligibility process hasn't started yet. I'm not an expert enough to know whether this is normal or not. I hope they won't force you to redo the medical exams !
Yeah me too !! I'm trying to comfort myself by reminding myself that at least my husband has the CSQ, especially since they've put a hold on that for a year.
