P2: Sep 12 >>> eCOPR: Sep 17
P2: Sep 10 >>> eCOPR: Sep 16
maybe just some lucky ones

Not at all, I've seen faster ones. But I was very organized with all documentation, all files uploaded had indexes with everything attached to it, explanation for every possible missing data.
I've been reading the ircc website since 2019, before I applied to my first study permit.

Did you get COPR then?

My tracker shows updated on September 23, 2025 but nothing changed or was added and no GU on GCKey either. I don't know if its normal for that to happen before P2... Perhaps they updated my application with the information I provided in my P1 response email or this is related to the recent GCMS notes request I made regarding the application?
