My parents visitor visa is expiring April 2025. I have visitor record until April 2025. Can I apply for their TRV ( VISA STICKER ) now ? Or I should wait until Feb/March ? Or I should first apply for visitor record in March and then TRV?
Are they in Canada or not? If outside Canada they can reapply. If in Canada they cannot apply for TRV but can extend stay as visitors with a VR. Your VR has nothing to do with them

When did they enter Canada as a visitor and on a regular TRV or supervisa? Was an April 2025 written in their passport upon entry? A TRV is a travel document that is only needed when entering Canada. You only need a valid one to enter Canada not to remain. It is not related to a visitor’s length of visit.
