They asked email address, and I gave them the same address which I created the PR Portal. At that time, I didn’t know I shouldn’t have created the PR Portal before. After I replied them, I realized I shouldn’t have done, so just in case I notified them. You can also provide them different email address if you have one which won’t cause any problem.

So my eligibility and background in the tracker turned to completed today. Called IRCC and they said everything is passed. Anyone else experienced the same thing where the tracker shows everything complete but Final Decision on GCKey is delayed?

Thats normal, it usually takes a couple of days

Just looking at your signature I can see you got the FD before tracker showed completed for everything, is that correct?

I checked my tracker and it said “we sent you a message about your application” then another “we received the information you sent us bla bla” but I didn’t get any ADR and can’t find any open placeholder, what does this mean
My GC still says we requested additional documents, but nothing shows

correct, it was all compleated on the 8th on the tracker but fd was sent on the 5th
