Well, as the tracker makes clear: "If you haven’t gotten it 6 calendar days before the event, check your junk mail folder and contact our Client Support Centre to make sure we have the right contact information for you." Math suggests you contact them tomorrow, if you haven't received.

@armoured me and my partner have our oath first thing tomorrow morning.
We’re all good to go. However, we haven’t received the how to get your e certificate email yet?
We were planning on just asking the clerk who checks us in, and doubt it’s a big deal, but have you seen this situ before in the forum?

Yes, happens. Sometimes they send out before, sometimes day of, sometimes just after. Nothing to worry about.
Won't be available until afterwards anyway, but lots of people post questions asking why they can't download certificate before the ceremony. Which is to say: I think I understand why some offices/officers don't send it out before.
Example two: the tracker has VERY CLEAR language saying you will get the invitation to the ceremony no later than six days before, and that it's normal to see the ceremony date before you get the invitation email.
And yet, despite this VERY CLEAR information, a frequent question here is, when do I get the email invitation.
Hi - agreed with what has been said you should 100% contact them.
Also double check on your tracker that you’re still scheduled for the ceremony. I don’t want to jinx it for you, but in my case, worried of not having received the email I check the portal to see that I was no longer scheduled for the ceremony which was reverted to « not started ».

Finally. Today LPP is marked as completed as of Sep 12. The oath ceremony is not started.

Yep had the oath email weeks ago. Just hadn't seen the instructions to download the certificate.
Yeah I’ll contact them tomorrow. Tracker still shows Sept 23. I just received an email about being offered to join the passport pilot program, so they have my contact details correct at least.
Everything got updated to Complete for me and my wife today. Citizenship ceremony 'not started'.
For my kid everything shows as 'In progress' or 'Not started'. Is this expected?

Update. Recap: got a ceremony date of Sept 24 in tracker back on Sept 2. Got the email on Friday (Sept 12). I already knew I would be in Asia for work on that date. Was just waiting for email so I could reply to reschedule. In in Barrie ON. Surprised to see the ceremony was in-person in Sharon, ON. Would have been amazing to be able to go. I replied last night late with my work travel schedule (gone a lot in next 3 months). They responded at 517am this morning that they rescheduled me to Oct 8 virtual. It was signed "GTA Ceremony Team". Bummed its a virtual but glad they got it sorted in just a matter of hours.
One last data point...at 9am I logged into the tracker. There is now a ghost update dated today, Sept 16 (obviously because of the reschedule at 517am this morning!). But the ceremony date in tracker is still the original (Sept 24). It will be interesting to see when the new Oct 8 ceremony date updates. I'm assuming it will be tomorrow. It will prove what the refresh timeline is.
