Likely many years if you filed somewhat recently unless there are reforms to the system which would exclude some types of applicants (parents would likely be a target population) or have a process for faster refusals for some cases. Last fall IRCC indicated it would take 5-7 years to clear the backlog and there have likely been many more thousands added to the backlog since then.

No need to think like this if your background verification and medicals are clear. Even if you made a mistake in P1 or P2, IRCC will ask for more information. You should be able to receive eCOPR in a week or 2, considering the current trends.

Post under refugee section. After biometric may be years until you see any movement on your file if you applied recently unless there are reforms announced soon. I would take 10+ years to clear the existing backlog.
