Is there any active resetelment parogram for afghan refugee living in pakistan, who has deportation risk.

Nope. We only have registered POR card but Pak Govt deporting all afghan from pakistan and UNHCR stoped all work for afghan refugee. We don,t know what to do.

So the only way to claim asylum in Canada is to be approved for a visitor visa and claim asylum at the airport.

The embassy doesn't issue any visitor visa for any country. You need to apply for a TRV and if approved claim asylum in Canada. To get TRV, you show cash in the bank, ties to return ,strong travel history and valid reasons to travel.
